Meet the Team
Our practice revolves around our intricate assessment system that is designed to discover physical limitations in your movement patterns that cause a disconnect between how your body should perform and how it is actually performing.
Our mission is to create an environment for healing and performance bridging the gap between old and new philosophies on energy frequencies and healing. We curate the right frequencies to raise everyone’s vibration so they can heal and perform their optimal level.

Kiki Cordero-Drake - Guided PEMF Practitioner, Pilates Sports Therapist
Kiki Cordero’s journey into healing began in 2001, after years of struggling to recover from her own injuries through traditional rehab methods. As a former dancer and athlete, she discovered Pilates as the perfect blend of movement and mind-body connection—and saw her pain begin to disappear within weeks. Inspired, she made it her mission to share that transformation with others.
Kiki became PMA-certified through Balanced Body Pilates in 2007 and went on to specialize in rehabilitation and sports therapy, launching COR in Phoenix, AZ. Always exploring new ways to support healing, she’s since added certifications in PEMF therapy, Kinesio Stretch, acupressure, and more. Kiki now blends Pilates, fascial stretch, and advanced frequency-based therapies to help clients find lasting balance in body, mind, and soul.

Odin Drake - Certified Good Boy
Odin is our resident good boy and ESA office mascot. Adopted by Sean, the two have been inseparable ever since—best friends and adventure buddies. When he's not supervising lunch breaks or boosting team morale with tail wags, you’ll find him snoozing on one of the couches, collecting belly rubs, or politely requesting treats (emphasis on politely). With a heart as big as his paws, Odin makes every workday better—one happy bark at a time!
