About Us
Our practice revolves around our intricate assessment system that is designed to discover physical limitations in your movement patterns that cause a disconnect between how your body should perform and how it is actually performing.
Our mission is to create an environment for healing and performance bridging the gap between old and new philosophies on energy frequencies and healing.
We curated the right frequencies to raise everyone’s vibration so they can heal and perform their optimal level.

Kiki Cordero - Guided PEMF Practitioner, Pilates Sports Therapist
Revolutionizing healing through movement, frequency, and holistic therapy.
Kiki Cordero’s passion for healing the body started back in 2001 as she was trying to find new ways to rehab her own injuries after years of failed attempts. She’s never been a fan of anything “traditional” when it comes to PT or training because nothing she had done in a span of 11yrs ever helped in the progression of her healing. She was always looking for what’s most efficient, effective and affordable. This is when she stumbled upon Pilates. As a former dancer and athlete, this was the perfect combination for mind body connection. Lingering injuries subsided within weeks and she knew she had to share this passion with the world.
Kiki received her PMA certification through Balanced Body Pilates back in 2007. She continued her education from 2008-2012 through the Balanced Body Rehabilitation Summit; then furthered her training in 2012 as a Master Instructor of Pilates Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation. This is when she launched COR in Phoenix, AZ.
Still looking for ways to advance her clients’ progress, Kiki decided to further her knowledge and became certified as an ElectronsPlus+ Guided PEMF Practitioner in 2017, Kinesio Stretch & Acupressure Therapist in 2023, an LTAP Practitioner and EQ Flux Wave PEMF Practitioner in 2024. She specializes in the utilization of frequency, vibration and PEMF Therapy in combination with Pilates and fascial stretch to create the perfect balance for total Mind, Body & Soul connection.
Meet the Team

Odin
Odin is our resident good boy and ESA office mascot. Adopted by Sean, the two have been inseparable ever since—best friends and adventure buddies. When he's not supervising lunch breaks or boosting team morale with tail wags, you’ll find him snoozing on one of the couches, collecting belly rubs, or politely requesting treats (emphasis on politely). With a heart as big as his paws, Odin makes every workday better—one happy bark at a time!

Colton
I was born in Las Vegas, NV, and raised in Iowa. I attended the University of Northern Iowa, where I played football and graduated with a BA in Exercise Science: Human Movement, along with minors in Health Promotion and Coaching. With over 20 years of experience in high-performance settings—spanning the private sector, clinical environments, and professional sports—I’ve developed a deep understanding of human potential. Today, my true calling lies in building people and shepherding them toward optimal physical, spiritual, and mental well-being.

Hannah
As a former collegiate beach volleyball player and certified personal trainer, I have always been passionate about movement, athletic performance, and the science behind human potential. My experience in competitive sports and fitness has fueled my desire to continually learn about biomechanics, strength training, and mobility. While pushing the body to new levels is important, I also recognize the necessity of resetting and repairing the nervous system for optimal performance and well-being. Above all, I give God the glory for the incredible bodies we've been blessed with-our temples that we are called to care for, strengthen, and honor.
